Disliked:1. I booked a room with city view which is the superior king room, when I arrive at 11am, your team member says, that she will upgrade the room to a balcony room with the view, while the view was some construction site which we never asked for… 2. The room seating was congested with a chair that even when we had to speak, we had to sit like we came for some business meeting… 3. I raised a special request, you guys came up telling you will do the balloon decor and send a cake. I replied to the email stating clearly that it is a surprise. However your team clearly asks the same infront of the person whom I wanted to surprise asking if we could wait for the arrangements to be done. We never expected this from Taj team… 4. Hygiene was soo poor. Bathrobes, bed and floor had hair strands.. 5. Food came warm not hot .. We never expected such a poor stay with Taj and this never will let me recommend taj to our friends and family. I visit taj atleast twice a month for lunch or dinner, assuming this place will be nice to even stay n relax with family was not the right decision we made. do you think we had to pay AED 365 just for 8 hours.. rather we could have stayed at home.. .

Disliked:I did not like this property. This looks very old and shabby. The staffs are not good and very rude attitude. I had stayed with many properties in dubai and this is one of the worst experience. really bad smell like an old property we entered the hotel.

Highly recommend pest control and improving breakfast/ food quality. Staff are the best!

Liked:We were celebrating an event so they sent us a cake which was phenomenal and the only highlight of our stay. The pool at the hotel and the bar was also very nice! Staff was so hospitable it made up for the negatives

Disliked:Did not like the breakfast, the food was just off, even the juices tasted BAD, the room had cockroaches, & the water was either too hot or too cold.
