Disliked:I am Mohammed Suhail Al Shamsi, room number 116. I stayed at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel from June 2nd to June 3rd, 2026. I encountered a major problem while showering in the outdoor pool when a cockroach emerged from the pool filter box. My family was terrified and immediately left the area, and we subsequently left the hotel.

Disliked:Worst experience ever, the old roos are very dirty, old and furniture needs replacing. Only 2 old elevators serving 12 floors, so you may wait 10 minutes to find a space in the crowded lifts. Long time to check in and the pool is too old. How come it’s classified as 5 stars hotel.
