The hotel has such a cozy, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable stay while still being close to the energy of the city. The location is excellent, right next to the mall, making everything so convenient and accessible. I admire the amazing warmth welcome and assistance of the following staff: Ann, Mr. Abdalla, Christian, Win, Keith and others who really gave us comfortable weekend vibe🩷🩷🩷🩷 I especially loved the beautiful city vibes around the hotel. It was wonderful to step outside and feel the energy of the city, then come back to such a calm and comfortable place. A perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and relaxation. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to stay here again!

Really amazing stay for me and the family.

Liked:everything was great. breakfast was amazing, many options and excellent quality. Great service from the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The complimentary evening tea was a particularly nice touch. Swimming pool was great.

A disappointing and uncomfortable stay; I do not recommend it.

Disliked:I didn't like the hotel overall for a few reasons: 1. Daily noise: There was construction noise every day for a whole week. 2. Food smells: The smell of food was everywhere in the hotel. 3. Elevators: The elevators smelled bad. 4. Water: The bottled water in the glass bottles tasted strange. 5. Location: The location isn't great. I only stayed here because I needed to be close to Jebel Ali, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. 6. Loud music: The music was so loud one night that we couldn't sleep. 7. Flooring: only a tiny rug was left in the room while the rest of the floor was bare. For a five-star hotel, I prefer the whole room to be carpeted. 8. Paint smell: The strong smell of paint from the renovations gave me trouble breathing.
