Good Value for Money

Liked:I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and overall I really like it. The price is relatively good for what the hotel offers, and it feels like good value for money. The premises are nice and the rooms are big, which makes the stay comfortable. The rooftop pool is a real highlight — it’s amazing, with lovely views and a great atmosphere. It’s a little on the small side and could use a bit of updating, but it’s still a fantastic feature. One suggestion: it would be great to have more food and drink options up there. The location is a bit remote, but there are some supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. Overall, a solid choice and I’d stay again.

A very disappointing experience

Liked:I had a disappointing experience with Naumi Dubai. Despite facing unfortunate circumstances that prevented my travel, I approached the hotel with a request to reschedule my reservation. Unfortunately, they were inflexible and refused to offer a refund or any flexibility. What was even more upsetting was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff, who showed little regard for my situation or the importance of customer care. Customer service and understanding should be a priority, especially in challenging times, but I felt that Naumi Dubai lacked empathy and professionalism in handling my case. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who value flexibility and considerate service.

Great stay at Naumi Hotel

Liked:I had a pleasant one/week stay at Naumi hotel and was extremely pleased with the service received and the amenities. They were also flexible in accommodating a cleaning request late in the afternoon. Conveniently located close to Red Line Metro in the Barsha Heights area. Price was competitive too. Would definitely recommend.
