Disliked:Unfortunately, the main pool was under renovation during our stay, and we were not informed prior to arrival. This was quite disappointing, as access to the main pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Better communication in advance would have helped us manage expectations and plan accordingly.

Liked:An exceptional experience at the hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Even though some parts of the hotel were closed, it did not affect our experience at all because of the excellent hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I especially loved the boat driver he was always available, very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Disliked:Cleaning need minor enhancement

A relaxing and elegant escape in the heart of Dubai.

Liked:Beautiful resort atmosphere with peaceful waterways, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The entire property feels very private, relaxing, and luxurious. The buggy service and beach access were also very convenient.
