Staff made this a 10/10 for me.

Liked:Location is perfect. Everything you could wish for right outside the entrance. The staff all over the hotel are so friendly and accommodating. Security every morning wishing me good morning. Waiting staff at breakfast make you feel like you're the most important customer. Nandar and May were lovely. So was everyone to be fair but it's difficult to remember every name. The gentleman on reception was excellent, making our first impression very positive. I loved almost everything about this hotel.

Disliked:Only negatives were the Hilton Walk pools are a little dated. However the 2 minute walk to the other Hilton pool make it an insignificant problem. Some of the lifts open up into what feel like maintenance tunnels. Very minor and not at all a detriment to how brilliant I feel this hotel is.

Important Information

Please note that smoking rooms are subject to availability at the time of arrival. The number of extra beds in a room is 1 or a maximum of 2, depending on the room category. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. -The maximum number of extra beds will be up to 4, depending on the apartment type. ( 2,3,4 Bedroom apartment) The hotel accepts major credit cards, but for pre-payment or on-site charges, the card used must be in the guest's name and presented for verification at check-in. If the guest isn't the cardholder or can't present the credit card at check-in, alternate payment arrangements must be made. The hotel won't accept past or future payments without the credit card and cardholder's authorization, and may reject the booking if these requirements aren't met to guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15/30/45/60 (15 for 1 Room, 30 for 2 Rooms, 45 for 3 Rooms, 60 for 4 Rooms) per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name.
