Liked:Location and friendly staff

Disliked:This time we had dinner also included in plan which I forgot and no one reminded us during checkin . Later when I remembered and cross checked during checkout , they offered us voucher for lunch but could not take it as we were already on our way out

Liked:Great location!

Disliked:Small room! No smart TV (important to me)! Pool for adults are way too small! Need to go out there at 8-9 in the morning Beds are hard as rock! Got a thicker madrass, but didn't help so much Never again!

Liked:Rooms spacious. Good decor Excellent staff at reception and room cleaning staff were great. On the beach located. 2 pools and well equipped gym. Breakfast was good quality

Disliked:Beds and pillows need to be updated. Breakfast needs to be different daily. Also for the smokers there needs to be a private place not just a corner outside without any privacy.

Liked:All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and kind throughout our stay. Our housekeeper, Janako, was especially wonderful. Whenever we saw him, he was always so kind and attentive. Our room was spotless, and the beautiful towel designs and little surprises he made for us really made us feel happy and special. We truly appreciated his care and thoughtfulness. The staff around the pool and the lifeguards were also very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

Disliked:One thing I was not satisfied with was the pool towel system. I feel that the towel card system does not really meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. At many hotels of the same standard, guests can access towels around the pool without having to carry a card, and the staff collect the used towels. Here, guests have to carry the towel back, return it, and collect the towel card again, which is inconvenient. I also believe that complimentary drinking water should be available around the pool area. These small details would make the pool experience much more comfortable for guests.

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.

Important Information

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room, per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorization amount will be released by the hotel after departure. Children up to 18 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing bedding and sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate, provided the maximum occupancy of the booked room type is not exceeded. Bed & breakfast, half-board and full-board bookings include meals only for paying adults. Children under 6 years eat free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 years receive a 50% discount on breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at an additional charge. Please note that the spa is available from 18:00 to 21:00 daily. It must be reserved in advance. Children aged under 16 years are not allowed to use the spa. In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
