Liked:I arrived after midnight and the staff not only welcomed me, but helped me park and carried my belongings upstairs when they saw I was a solo female traveler. it is very difficult to travel alone at night and I often stress, but the gentleman at the front desk was so polite, kind and really made me feel safe and seen. In the morning I went to work and they allowed me to come back and shower once I was done setting up by extending my stay and again, help me with my blongings. They were completely packed- at capacity!!! for a huge event hapening right next door, yet with all the work they had, they never failed to show curtesy, patience and kidness. I even saw they had a pool in the back of the hotel, I jsut never made it to use any facilities because i was there for work. But the staff was 100/100!

Disliked:I had a do not disturb sign on the door and someone came in our room while we were gone, reason we could tell is we left the ac running and the light on and they both were off when we came back. Felt very invasive, made my wife and I very uncomfortable
