Friendly staff poor back up

Liked:There is an accident on the road and there was no TV or Internet service for cellular service for the night. I was there.

Disliked:Friendly service however because of the Internet service loss, I missed two meetings

I truly enjoyed my stay there

Liked:I really liked the location and convenience thereof. Very clean and welcoming. Our room faced the front parking which was nice as we were able to see our vehicle. The pool was also clean , I personally would have liked it a little bigger but it was fine because there weren't too many guests using it at the same time as we did. It is also close to the ARK, encase you travel to see that and if you need anything you may have forgotten on your trip there is a Walmart right by the hotel. True bonus !

Disliked:Sadly there wasn't any breakfast left by the time we arrived at the lounge, which was right at 9 am. Quite a few guests had so much, so others couldn't enjoy anything other than just a coffee with a side of yogurt :( . I would have liked to see staff perhaps either adding more or limit items to guests who've already had some.

The room was clean however some kind of perfume or oil had been sprayed on the bed and was overwhelm

Disliked:At 9 o’clock arrival there was nothing to eat. The selection was poor. The coffee is unacceptable and taste badly.
