Not wheelchair friendly.

Liked:The location can't be beat. Very clean. Staff was helpful.

Disliked:We booked knowing this hotel was wheelchair accessible. What they failed to say was the lift to reception was up steep steps. There is a very small platform , you have to get the keys from reception. They placed it in a corner that made it impossible to get the chair on the lift . I had to stand to get the chair on. I had to use this every time I entered or left the building. My husband got the flu and it was impossible for me to go get meals on my own. It was miserable.
