Disliked:Dirty room, rude staff at check in. No accountability ! When I asked for a manager while I was staying I was told they are not there . The lady at the front desk then told me that she would give me $10 off my stay. That’s the best she could do until I could talk to management. I then asked her to have management call me. I still have not received a call and when I did call back the gentleman that did check me in stated that if I ever have an issue while I’m staying that management is available while I’m there so I stated OK well let me talk to management right then while we was on the call and he stated that they won’t be in until tomorrow it’s a circle of lies. They don’t care how any of their guests feel the room that they rented me should’ve never been available and there was a lot more they could do as far as customer service and a resolution but instead they wanted to argue and hang up. I left pictures BEWARE of you stay here!! They couldn’t even get the Free Lemonade right ! Gross and Old. I will never stay at this property again. I’ve never felt so unheard unimportant and disrespected for sharing my experience.

We won’t be returning to this property.

Liked:The beds were okay, I didn’t wake up stiff, which was nice. It was close to restaurants and several department stores.

Disliked:The room we were in sat right next to the water park next door. Monday night they had music blaring until 10pm. The carpets in the room were “sticky” and felt wet when you walked on them barefoot. So much so that I lost my footing while walking because my foot “stuck” to the carpet. I ended up hurting my foot and popping a stitch in my wrist where I just had surgery because I threw my hand out to catch myself from landing on the corner of the dresser. My feet were black from walking on the carpets INSIDE the room. The walls next to the bed were dirty and it looked like someone threw something against the wall and only parts of it got cleaned up. The tv was really small. There was never a happy medium with the thermostat. It was left at 69° but it was either roasting or freezing in the room.

Great customer service, fun pool, close to everything we wanted to do.

Liked:Fantastic customer service! The gentleman at the front desk for a lot of our stay was so incredibly kind. I wish I knew his name to mention him personally. I was a little disappointed the breakfast the second day as it was only an hour into breakfast and there was really nothing left. But that did not impact my rating really. Fantastic stay and close to all of our activities.

Disliked:Breakfast wasn’t fully stocked so there wasn’t much to eat.
