i will never stay here again

Liked:old nd outdated key kept malfunctioning and annoying to use.

We had a comfortable, quiet stay with sufficient amenities and courteous service.

Liked:Chat with desk the day before we arrived to join my two consecutive reservations to make one/one room was sucessful. Gentleman was kind and helpful. Check in was smooth and professional. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a sofa and coffee table ottoman. Quiet in spite of a full hotel. Great AC system in room and the drapes blocked the sun! Bathroom had a large shower with Shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers on the walls. Everything worked.

Disliked:Toilet had a stain at water level.

Liked:Sleep Inn has upped its game! Clean, large rooms and very nice hot breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful.
