Disliked:Your front reception staff I believe her name is Natila was absolutely horrendous. I picked up an item from the breakfast bar that was not included in the package (unaware) as it was not labeled with a price tag. She tore it out of my hands in front of other guests as if I was stealing it. I was embarrassed and humiliated.
