Liked:A swim before breakfast was an excellent way to start the day. Extending the child-free hours in the pool would be good. We liked the terraces although they could benefit by some maintenance..

Nice for a short stay in lovely Surrey Hills.

Liked:Towels and bathroom were kept in good order. Nice comfy bed. Good size double bed room.

Disliked:Carpet in the room was a bit grubby. The £100 holding fee charge on my credit card that is yet to be returned to me.

Liked:Lovely facility and welcoming staff. Attended a wedding which was lovely and post function, staff were very accommodating. Room was clean, gym was well equipt, and the steam/sauna was a great addition to my stay.

Disliked:The lack of AC in the room in a warm climate was a struggle.

Liked:Room, breakfast excellent. Staff very good. Did not have dinner as we were at a wedding The grounds to walk around was a bonus

Disliked:The spa side of the hotel was a little tired and some investment would not go a miss
