Liked:We had a wonderful stay at Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the team. A special thank you to Mr. Simon, the manager, for his exceptional assistance throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best room possible and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. We would also like to recognize Jedidah for her kindness and thoughtfulness. She took the time to check on our well-being during our stay and was always warm, courteous, and welcoming. Her friendly attitude and genuine concern made us feel valued as guests. The excellent service provided by both Mr. Simon and ms Jedidah reflects the high standards of hospitality at Aleph Doha Residences. They made our experience memorable, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Liked:Overall, the hotel is very good. The check-in process is fast and efficient, and the staff are professional. However, one area that needs improvement is luggage assistance. There was no one available to help carry our luggage from the car to the room. This has happened to me several times during my stays, and I hope the hotel can improve this service in the future.

Disliked:The staff were polite, but they would benefit from additional training. They seemed unfamiliar with which menu items were unavailable, they were definitely untrained to manage guest opportunities and overall the service could be more professional.

Liked:Good amenities. The swimming pool is safe for non swimmers. Comfortable bed. Nice and clean rooms. You got the value of the money paid. I suggest availing the breakfast and dinner if you book. It will make your stay stress free❤️
