Nice hotel

Liked:Very spacious rooms, good coffee maker, nice little gym and friendly staff. Lots of amenities in the complex.

Disliked:I think they should tell you when you request a late check that they are going to charge you $30 for this. I requested an 11:45 am check out and only ended up using about 15 minutes, and left the room at 11:15 am. Had I known there was going to be a surcharge, I would have left the room at 11 am. I didn't know about it until I saw it on my emailed bill.
