Really great stay in a classy establishment

Liked:Comfortable & spacious apartment with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. The gym was of a good size & well very equipped. The welcome cookies in the room were a lovely touch & much appreciated!

Disliked:Nothing, it was a great stay.

No fuss. Just helpful staff and a relaxing room.

Liked:This place is top notch. Since opening as the new roost in Detroit I have stayed there for every movement festival. The building is gorgeous, and is in a great location for walking to the festival. The rooms are filled to the gills with everything you need. Washer and dryer, knives pots and pans. They even supply with coffee beans and have a coffee grinder for the coffee machine. The beds are super comfy. And most importantly the staff is amazing. Not one year have they given us trouble coming back from the festival after midnight all tipsy with friends and guests we make to reset at the room and go hit the after parties. Easily one of my favorite places to stay lately.
