Excellent Service from Khan

Liked:Excellent Service from Khan I had a great experience this morning thanks to Khan. He assisted me with my check-in and was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. I had an issue that needed to be resolved, and he took the time to help me and made sure everything was taken care of. His excellent customer service truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel. I really appreciate his help and would definitely like to recognize Khan for going above and beyond. Thank you, Khan!

I love this hotel!

Liked:I love this hotel! My favorite hotel by O'Hare. The front desk staff is a Dream Team: Lena, Ingrid, Vivi, & Mercy. Always excellent service, attention, and accommodation. They handle any situation with ease! The rooms are always comfortable, and the kitchenette and full size refrigerator are so nice to have when you are traveling. The restaurant, Land & Lake is really good as well. Andres, Stephen, and the crew there are great. And, of course the location can't be beat! We stay at this hotel more than any other place!

Short and not sweet. Wish the Tv worked, shower door worked and bathroom faucet worked… next.

Liked:Room 802… the shower door didn’t stay open… ever, so I had to hold it with my foot when showering. The top of the bathroom faucet in room 802 falls right off if you lift up on it…. The television did not work in the one night I wanted to watch it for an hour and relax… and the friggen $20 extra to park a night. This place sucked and I was very disappointed in the lack of quality and maintenance.
