Comfortable beds, clean room, but shower didnt work in one of the bathrooms.

Liked:Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed making their own waffles. The suite was large enough to accomodate a family of 6 (everyone was comfortable) and the suite included a large scale (regular size) refrigerator, alongwith a stove and kitchen sink. The hotel location put me 7 minutes away from our family event.

Disliked:The hotel suite had two bathrooms (shower only and shower/bath combo) but only one bathroom was operable. The bathroom with the shower only did NOT work at all so our family of 6 had to utilize one bathroom for our washing needs. One of the lamps didnt have a light bulb so we couldnt get full lighting in the living room area of the suite and the staff was not very helpful to accommodate our situation.

Liked:I selected the 2 bedroom suite for a reason and it definitely met that need. It was spacious enough for what we needed. The breakfast was decent and the cocktails hour a bonus to me. The staff was amazing. Every person I encountered offered service with a smile

Disliked:The suite was dirty which was a bit disappointing. Nothing else about the hotel gave the impression it was unkempt so I was a bit surprised. It is an animal friendly hotel. It seems the last to have that particular room had a dog and it left surprises and friends. I have pictures but I am reluctant to share because I am hoping my room was just a missed opportunity for the cleaning crew. Pet friendly hotels I've stayed in before had uncarpeted floors for this very reason
