Liked:Very spacious room and bathroom, very good bed. Very clean and lots of amenities. Wifi is good. Location is excellent in the city centre, while.still a quiet area. Good breakfast. Separate parking (behind fence) at the back of the building. Creative.decoration and styling...

Disliked:Tv was not working properly. The host is very friendly.and caring, but also very present. Breakfast times not so flexible and pretty early check.out time (10am). Price quality ratio.is ok, but could be better.

A warm, welcoming stay with a fantastic host, great breakfast, and the perfect base for Eemshaven.

Liked:My stay at B&B Rita in Delfzijl was truly excellent. The host was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always easy to reach, which immediately made me feel at home. The breakfast was very good, with the egg cake being a real highlight. I visited on a business trip, and the location was perfect for reaching the Eemshaven port quickly and easily. Overall, it’s a place where you genuinely feel welcome. I will definitely return whenever work brings me back to Eemshaven, and I can even see myself coming again one day with my family.

Disliked:There was truly nothing I disliked. This place reflects Rita’s personality—her warm style, her way of decorating, and the thoughtful way she runs everything. The only small thing worth mentioning is the staircase to the rooms. It’s a bit steep, so it might be a slight challenge for some guests, but it’s manageable and part of the house’s character.

Memorable.

Liked:The room was very spacious with large windows. The bathroom was one of the largest we have had in 3 months travelling in Europe. It was spotlessly clean. There was safe storage in the back yard for our bicycles behind a locked gate. The host kindly covered our bikes overnight to ensure they were not wet by the rain. The breakfast was tasty. There was a fridge and microwave, a beautiful writing desk at one of the windows, and comfortable chairs. It was a unique accommodation.

Disliked:The decore was rather overdone.... quirky?.
