Disliked:Room lighting could be more. In room dining orders took longer times than usual. No life guard present by the poolside.

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked:Staff and Breakfast were good.

Disliked:There was a bug in the welcome drink. Water in Swimming pool was dirty. No drawers are available in the room neither under side table nor under the desk placed opposite to bed.

Liked:Staff was very uncooperative. Your landline phones no one attending. If they respond they promise to give a call back but no response from there side. Paying so much amount but service was absolutely poor and disappointing.

Overpriced and not so good for family.

Liked:Property is clean and well maintained. Property is located next to well known shopping mall.

Disliked:Food is over expensive, For just a portion of dal and 5 rotis bill was INR 3000. Even western countries don't charge this much for food. They have very limited activities for kids and it was boring for kids.
