Weekend getaway

Liked:The front people Ken and Isabella were nice. The restaurant on the property was good you have to eat down there or pick it up from downstairs because calling for room service nobody answers. Otherwise decent stay nothing to write home about.

Disliked:First night the door thing broke making it hard to leave my room and enter the room. Thankfully next morning they put me in another room but you can tell it wasn’t cleaned properly, broken nail was found on the floor, light fixture was broken, dresser outlet broke, if I could upload more than the four pics I would. They also now started charging for parking which is crazy being that unless you get there early you are going to be in for a walk to the front door.

Great experience

Liked:Yes it is always nice staying here when I checked in Kenjay is always professional and remembers my name and it is always a good feeling on an a Monday being greeted by Gina's laughter along with Anita I have been here for 4 months during the week and they always do their best along with Joe the rest of the the week to make my feel as good as you are traveling. I am a Hiltons family member and can stay anywhere but il choose to stay here because of the professional and caring staff that | like.

Observation analysis

Liked:Staff is exceptional from the breakfast crew, Priscilla, Greg and Morrison. From desk equally as good, Cory, Kenjay and Isabell. Hannah always takes care of my bookings, another strong employee with exceptional follow up skills.
