Disliked:Paying for parking, you couldn't use the elevator to go down to the garage with your luggage, the elevator was disgusting, the carpeting in the room was filthy , it was easily the dullest room in a hotel I've ever been in

Good place, bad housekeeping

Liked:Great facilities, good breakfast

Disliked:My wife forgot her electric toothbrush and called the next day. She contacted the staff and was told that the housekeeper toss it to the trash an almost brand new toothbrush. They should ask or try to reach out before doing that.

Grateful it was only for one night. A room by the entrance/exit door was very noisy !

Disliked:Paid parking for guests !? Unacceptable for your guests. The bathroom was a hazard-the shower door is barely hanging on and the towel handle fell off the door!
