Horrible experience

Liked:The floors were dirty sheets had cigarette burns bed sheets were stained with old blood and the floor marked up with scratches and dirt stains that dont come off the showers and bathtubs are nasty bathroom is horrible friendly maids but cleaning is bad washing is bad check in with a computer with people from over sees and it takes 20mins and they are slow sometimes rude and think they are funny when asking for help the indian guy is rude and acts nice but sneaky over charged illegal transaxtions and stays. Dont extend stay here not worth your money

Last time going there.

Liked:It was a 16-18 min walk away from the Cow Palace.

Disliked:Parking sucks, was double booked on our parking so when we came back after getting food, someone was in our spot. Then was given parking 6, which is the corner parking so we can get boxed in if the car is big enough. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap.

The place was clean. It had a comfortable bed. I stayed 8 hours. It served its purpose. No return.

Terrible experience, do not recommend.

Liked:I didn't like anything and I checked out as soon as I found an alternative (4 nights instead of 20). It was a terrible experience.

Disliked:Although it's called "hotel", this is not a hotel. It is a motel (in very poor and sloppy conditions). The photos in Booking are deceiving, they were probably taken a long time ago. It does not have a reception or any human service on site, only a video kiosk with an off-site assistant. It did not meet reasonable expectations, particularly considering that I was travelling with my daughter and her baby. Upon arrival I was not given close rooms as previously requested. Luckily the cleaning staff was helpful, knew that there were free rooms and called the "receptionist" to change those they had given me. During my stay, I encountered several issues, including: - Dirty floors and poor overall maintenance conditions; - Window blinds that could not be opened; - Wi-Fi service not functioning properly; - Failure to provide a baby crib despite my requesting one in advance and receiving no prior indication that this would not be available. The absence of the crib was especially problematic given that I was travelling with an infant and had specifically requested this requirement before arrival. Due to the accumulation of these issues and the hotel’s inability to provide the basic conditions and services advertised, I had no reasonable alternative but to check out much earlier than originally planned. They refused to provide me a refund for the nights not used. It was only later, due to the intervention of Booking.com after my complaint, that they provided a partial refund (but I still paid the majority of the stay - that I didn't use). Upon check-out I was informed that a receipt could not be provided because the printer was allegedly not working, and it would instead be sent to me by email. To date, I have still not received this receipt! I obviously do not recommend this place.
