Front desk personnel could have been more welcoming.

Liked:Great location to Love Field. Decent breakfast.

Disliked:Front desk personnel had little to no personality. I’m now in Arizona and the entire staff here has gone above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.

Liked:Clean, updated, no musty smell. Nice clean lobby and hallways. No dirty stained carpets. It was a great value for what was like a much more upscale experience than Holiday Inn Express.
