Disliked:Although I had a high floor, there was a guest that had a dog in their room, very close to mine, and the dog was barking all night, long while the guests were out every night. In addition, I was not pleased with the fact that I was double charged and had to deal with the headache of that. All the staff on hand were exceptional!
