The roach infestation made me super uncomfortable

Disliked:Roaches galore, and management has been aware of it for a while now. She wasn’t surprised when I brung it to her attention. She immediately had a story and placed blame on the nearby creek… Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

I dont think I'll stay here unless I don't have another option.

Liked:Breakfast, bar on the roof, staff, was amazing!

Disliked:The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Woke up with my back hurting. We had a king bedroom and I could smell something from the drain in the bathroom filling the room as well. My room was smaller than I saw in the pictures. One of the elevators stopped working so only 1 was available for everyone to use. Housekeeping staff was irritated they cussed in front of us because my partner and I were in the elevator and they needed to go up. Unprofessional...
