Liked:I had a small group meeting. Service was great, So much so we are planning on booking a large group in the summer of 27, 500 room night. Service was excellent, food was over the top. One small issue with the elevators, Staff went above and beyond to handle it. More than anyone could ask for!!

Liked:This is a true Ritz Carlton. We left a Ritz in Turks and Caicos to be stopped in Dallas with no luggage due to weather. We immediately booked the Club Lounge suite at the Ritz Dallas in 19 degree weather. We walked in to this stunning Art Deco hotel to the most loving and hospitable staff we’ve encountered. Davide Paduano and Sarah Lansford made this stay so special…It’s difficult to describe the warmth and hospitality they shared with us. We were sent up complimentary warm herbal tea after our arrival. The room service was delicious. The club lounge is absolutely beyond fantastic. The hotel sent us up all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay (without even asking us). This is what the Ritz Carlton is known for. We’ve even planned to return with our family in April. Thank you everyone for rescuing us in the night and making us feel safe and loved again. We will never forget you!
