Great location and quiet neighborhood

Liked:What a gem of an apartment in downtown Dallas! The location is excellent - right by the tollway and I-35. It was easy to get where I needed to go. The apartment has a full parking lot, so I was able to park my car right by the room. No keys and no lock boxes - just a door code. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. And the price? STELLAR! The area was quiet as well. I needed a full kitchen to cook and it had everything.

Disliked:It's near Love Field, so there are airplanes coming in for landings about every 15 minutes. But I got used to them pretty quickly and could deal with that. What I cannot deal with is neighbors' music or fighting or cops, and this apartment was very quiet.

Very safe, comfortable, and cozy in Dallas!

Liked:Excellent location with walking access to the Katy Trail and parks. Airy space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully stocked, even some gym equipment! The host was super responsive for everything! Very comfortable mattress for sleeping and ceiling fan.

Disliked:Needs renovation and brighter lighting. The loft has very narrow windows so everything stays quite dark in the daytime. As I stayed for an extended period this was disappointing, as I’d use an extra Zoom light for online meetings. Also, there is no place to hang clothes for an extended period of time- only a dresser. Also note that the bed is full size and not a queen bed.

Great place in north-central Dallas

Liked:Makes good use of a smaller space - very clean, with lots of amenities. All you need for a self-catering stay. Area felt safe with many bars, restaurants nearby plus a 7-11.

Disliked:The location is a bit far from downtown (30 min walk), though I chose this area as I wanted to be near the nightlife of Oak Lawn
