Liked:It's very clean and the blankets are very thick ,the bathroom was a good size

Disliked:The man checking us in from shift (2-10)pm was very rude and hounded us like we were criminals ... he watched everything we did and he kept asking how many people were going to stay in The room. He hounded us about guest going to see us

They canceled my reservation without notice the day of the check in

Disliked:Hotel manager canceled my reservation without notice the day of the check in. Manager not only didn't offer any resolution other than "you have to rebook", but she was rude and defiant claiming that they could do it, so they did. My friends have two other reservations there for 2 upcoming matches. They are canceling and booking at the Hampton Inn where I stayed which has better ratings, cheaper and closer to both the airport and the AT&T Stadium.
