Liked:Nice hotel

Disliked:20.00 a day for parking and pool area could use upgrades as well as a 200 person pool party was booked without informing us and parking became horrible once no guest of the hotel started to arrive. Making it hard for actually guest.

Unimpressive. First impression matters a lot

Disliked:I was assigned to a very bad room. I complained about it. The young lady i was talking to keep asking me what is it that I don't like about my room, I was explaining everything to her but she wasn't listening. First impression matters. My flight came in late, early in the morning and I needed a comfortable place to rest my head and head on to my conference in three hours but everything was ruined.
