Average - Feels isolated.

Liked:Location is ok, a block off the back side of the Galleria, it is a joint hotel of part AC and part Residence Inn, the parking garage is a long distance from the AC front desk and elevators. You have to go to the 1st floor make your way through the meeting room hallway to the lobby and then across lobby if bringing in bags. Front desk was helpful. One note they do have a breakfast but it is not complementary but apparently on the other side of the same lobby the Residence inn folks have free breakfast. An odd arrangement. We were placed in a hearing accessible room, the strobes in the room apparently have never been cleaned as they have mildew or mold growing on them. The room was a bit banged up. But fine. Bed was comfortable. It is a large property and on the day we were leaving only one of two elevators were working on our side and it took quite a while to get on one. We ended up riding up and then down as we had been waiting 10 minutes. overall I would say its an average hotel property.
