Liked:The environment is beautiful, very green and the rooms are great. The bed was very comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful for booking taxi’s or reserving a spot for the spa. We had a great stay!

Disliked:When we arrived we heard about the closed pool / gym. Apparently because of construction delays. We were looking forward to the pool and gym, so this was a disappointment, but we received 30min of sauna/steamer and the staff also offered afternoon tea or a pottery workshop.

Beautiful amenities, lovely staff, impractical utility

Liked:The property and villas are a beautiful time piece. If you are interested in a unique retreat-like property with lovely, attentive staff and a delicious breakfast this is your place.

Disliked:However, the villa itself greatly lacks functionality as a livable space. The furniture is difficult to navigate, as it takes up too much space, making the sitting room very cramped. Secondarily, there is no storage or space for utility in the bathroom or shower. I understand that these villas honor their architecture, but they are pretty impractical for modern utility. Lastly, we booked the property mostly for its pool for our little one. We were notified less than a week before arrival that there would be no access to the pool because it would be under construction. It was too late to book other properties we had considered, as they were already at capacity. We were offered a 3 hour pottery class and complimentary sauna for 30 minutes instead which are impractical for a family with small children. Greatly disappointed.

A memorable stay in the beautiful city of Da Lat. Wife didn’t want to check out.

Liked:Location was amazing, surrounded by forest but only a 10-minute ride to the city center. The facility, staff, service, food were all top notch.
