Liked:Location and once got a room change was better.

Disliked:Arriving to not being expected and being put in a windowless room that had newspaper over the door. It was a dark dingy room and felt suffocating. It also didn't feel very clean. When you book a room on booking.com you expect the room to look close to what you have booked.
