Solo Traveller · Aug 2026

Liked:staff was very helpful and location close to cusco attractions

Disliked:The swimming pool was unusable due to cold water, and the hot water was inconsistently available, often insufficient to accommodate a shower for three people. Breakfast was basic in quality, and when multiple guests were present simultaneously, there was consistently inadequate food supply to meet demand. Given the cost, this experience did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.
