Okay for a couple of nights

Liked:Nice location if you don't mind walking up hill a bit fron Plaza de Armaz. The triple room was pretty spacious. The man at the dining room was very nice. The exterior (enterance and lobby) are very nice. They have coffee and tea available for guests. They also have laundry service at a fair cost.

Disliked:The rooms are quite old, with extremely creaky floors, covered with an old and worn out carpet. The souble room is tiny. There was hot water but it was unstable so it took forever to get to a normal temperature. Breakfast is too costly for what is served.

Pleasant Place in Good Location but with a few Problems

Liked:Excellent location. My small suite was well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was better than average and suited to both South and North American tastes.

Disliked:I'm accustomed to the absence of heat in South American hotels, but Cusco is a cold place, and the small heater in the suite just could not keep up. The reception staff was uneven, some attentive and some lackadaisical. I'm OK in Spanish, but visitors who spoke only English would probably have trouble communicating with some of the staff.
