Little hidden gem. Close to centre. Recommend

Liked:Great location, fantastic staff, big rooms, great air con, two queen size beds, hot water, clean linen, fluffy towels. Free Coca tea in the reception. Breakfast was adequate, with eggs and toast and fruit and cereal, coffee, juice. Great for four or five days, plenty of restaurants up the side streets and. Supermarket about 7 mins walk away. Five mins from the Plaza De Armas… easy walk to the markets. Staff were very helpful

Confortable space and a great location close to everything, including traffic unfortunately.

Liked:Clean and comfortable. Sandro was an exceptional host.

Disliked:The other staff was not always around. In 2 separate occasions I came back at 4:30 to return to my room and the front door was locked. One time the staff person came to the door and unlocked it after seemingly being confused, the other time nobody came to the door after repeatedly knocking and calling the front desk on the phone with no answer. I had to just leave and come back later. Also on the busiest roundabout in Cuzco so no chance of sleeping.

Liked:Good location Sandro makes good eggs and he is very polite

Disliked:The breakfast is really the minimum Although Sandro makes nice eggs The beds were comfortable. The pillows are very small. The blankets are very good to keep us warm at night. When we arrived the room I booked was taken because they oversold. We were given a small room with no windows. The second night we were moved to a better room but still not the one I wanted. And they charged us full even though they said we were going to get a better rate for the problem.

Comfortable, great location, good breakfast

Liked:In a central location with easy walking to points of interest. It overlooked a square but with secondary glazing there was no noise. Large room with comfortable beds and good duvets. Buffet breakfast was vg.

Disliked:Hot water occasionally cut out but once reported it seemed to be an easy fix and hot water was instant

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Reservations of more than 10 rooms we will request a 50% deposit as a guarantee within a maximum period of 48 hours, otherwise the reservation will be canceled A deposit may be required at the property.
