Lovely

Liked:This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, literally just steps away from the main square (Plaza de Armas), with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our time here. The hotel has a lovely little breakfast restaurant and comfortable seating areas, giving it a warm and relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in room 101, which was very spacious, with twin beds and a good-sized bathroom. The room did not have a mini fridge. It is worth noting that this is an internal room, which was absolutely fine in many ways, but we did notice some noise at breakfast time and in the evenings. There also seemed to be some kind of electrical point in the room, which created a constant humming sound. Towards the end of our stay this became more noticeable, and because the room had no fresh air coming in, it started to feel quite warm and a little muggy. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is unbeatable and the staff make you feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again — I would simply choose a different room, ideally one with more ventilation and away from any background noise.
