Loved this place. Plan to stay here again next week.

Liked:Comfortable beds. Hot tubs in room. Hot water. Wall heater. Staff were great. Breakfast room was perfect with a great view. Location close to everything.

Disliked:No sound proofing between rooms.

Beautiful place in a wonderful part of Cusco

Liked:The room was very big and the bathroom very cozy and original. The staff was very helpful.

Disliked:We had a little problem with one of the member of the staff (he forgot to give us back our passport and we realized it on the way to go to the airport) but the others were really reactive, helpful and kind.

Liked:The area was beautiful and interesting. The room was very clean and the breakfast was not too bad. Not as good as at other less expensive hotels in Cusco The bed was very comfortable

Disliked:The wifi in the room was practically unusable. The property has wifi but it can only be used in the passage way or at reception. This does not work for someone who needs to check in with work whilst travelling

Wonderful accommodations and top-notch staff in a bohemian neighborhood a short walk from the main plaza.

Liked:The staff were wonderful! Very gracious and accommodating. We asked about using their refrigerator for a few of our drinks, and a dorm-sized one appeared in our room maybe two minutes later! We really, really appreciated that. They also packed us breakfasts-to-go two days in a row. Just amazingly generous people.

Disliked:Things seemed to be or get a little damp in the room! Not sure why, and not a huge deal, but we noticed it.
