Additional Information Garden Suites: All of our Garden Suites are located at the rear of Caroco Aparthotel, offering a quieter and more peaceful stay. 1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: These are located next door to Caroco Aparthotel. All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations. Check-in & Check-out Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information. Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance. Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost). Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost). Parking Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday. Housekeeping & Services A complimentary clean with linen and towel change is provided once per week. Additional cleaning, linen, and towel services are available for an extra fee. Important Policies Group reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation policy. All buildings have multiple apartments of different shapes, sizes, and levels. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure or no-show, the property will charge the full amount of the stay. Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted. As the property is located in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to refrain from excessive noise and note that visitors are not permitted in rooms. For all 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Serviced Apartments, a £200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Acceptance of keys constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A good stay.

Liked:The location was great, easy access to the train station and not too far from the centre. It was really clean, good decoration, cute breakfast, good shop for snacks, easy check in, good communication from the company; just a nice place to stay and would stay again.
Disliked:The parking at the back was limited. There is an extremely narrow driveway to get there, we could not use get our car (BMW X1) through it. We were able to park outside on the road and it was fine. However, the parking was a factor to why we booked, so found that disappointing. Also, we were in room 19 and it was hot as hell. Super uncomfortable, and i run cold but the heat was too much for me, relentless. Otherwise, it was i enjoyed my stay here.

What should have been a peaceful post-wedding stay was completely ruined by unprovoked staff aggression, physical intimi

Disliked:My wife and I checked into Westciti Caroco Aparthotel the day before our wedding, which took place on March 27. We had booked and fully paid for our stay to check out on Sunday. Unfortunately, our post-wedding rest was completely ruined by an incredibly distressing and hostile encounter with the staff. Aggressive Intrusion On Saturday around 12:30 PM, we were startled by an incredibly loud, aggressive banging on our door. We were genuinely terrified and thought there was a building emergency. When I opened the door, a staff member (a Middle Eastern gentleman) was standing there, aggressively demanding that we leave because we were "past checkout time." He had not even bothered to check the system to verify that we were fully booked and paid through Sunday. He later casually admitted in the office that he banged so violently simply because "past guests usually stay past checkout time"—essentially punishing us for the actions of completely unrelated people. Inappropriate Behavior and Harassment Instead of addressing me professionally, this staff member kept looking over my shoulder, staring directly at my wife who was still in bed. I had to explicitly confront him, demanding he look at me instead of her. (If management reviews the hallway CCTV, you will clearly see my hand gestures pointing to my eyes to force his attention away from my wife). I consider his uninvited, persistent ogling to be a form of sexual harassment and a severe invasion of our privacy. When I tried to close the door so he could go check his records, he actually put his foot in the doorframe to block me from shutting it. Faced with this clear tactic of physical intimidation and trespassing, I understandably told him to f*** off so I could secure my room. Hostile Front Office and Lack of Accountability I immediately went to the front office to resolve the situation and complain about how my wife was treated. The encounter only got worse.
