No AC in lobby area

Liked:We would’ve been perfectly happy with this hotel other than the fact that air conditioning in lobby was not working throughout our whole stay. We had chosen this hotel for that seating area in lobby as we had planned to have friends visit there and order food and drink from bar. Because it was so hot we had to take friends up to hotel room to sit on little couch.

Good location clean friendly service

Liked:Location was good. Nice area and close to highway connections. Stayed in the king corner room and fell almost like home. Large & spacious. All the areas were clean. I liked how there was a little table so you could have a meal. A full fridge especially for those of us traveling with coolers. Bathroom was huge & I loved the two sinks so we could get ready together. The bedroom was roomy and the bed very comfortable. I generally hate hotel beds because I like a soft mattress but this was nice. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a good selection & tasted good. My only complaint is that the highway next door was a little loud & the ice machine was broken but that would not stop me from staying here again. They all did a wonderful job.

Fabulous customer service- thank you Salaia!

Liked:Absolutely wonderful service. Salaia (supervisor) went above and beyond helping with an issue that was totally my fault (booked for the wrong dates!) and was beyond wonderful and accommodating. I would book again just knowing she works here! Beyond that- the property is in a great location, is clean, quiet, well-maintained. Lovely outdoor pool with fire table. 10/10 recommend!
