Really nice hotel for any occasion

Liked:Really nice hotel overall, in fact it's much nicer than the photos in my opinion. There are lots of amenities and it seemed to be a big hotel for both business travellers and for special family occasions. If staying in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area again, I'm going to come here for sure.

Disliked:I thought parking was too expensive, but this is the case with lots of hotels in California these days.

Very dirty

Liked:Easy check in

Disliked:The shower was dirty and full of hair. Carpet dirty. Bed looked like someone laid on it. View was of the roof

Disliked:The housekeeping service was awful, in our last day she didn’t cleaned our room, and we arrived late night so we had to ask for new towels. I had to call two times to the front desk asking about it. In the end I had to get by myself in the reception. It took more than an hour to someone knock on my door with the towels that I had already get. So, beside the lazy service I was bothered with the late service.
