Disliked:We experienced an ant infestation in our room, with ants appearing to come from within the walls. Although the issue was treated with poison and the ants did not return, we were surprised that we were not offered a room change given the nature of the problem. The air conditioning only operated while the room key card was inserted, meaning the room would become warm whenever we were away. The bathroom was not as clean as expected upon arrival, with hairs visibly present. Poor shower heads. Additionally, we were charged an extra Lisbon tourist tax that had not been clearly communicated to us before our stay, which was an unexpected additional cost.

Liked:The staff were lovely and helpful throughout the stay. Wonderful; breakfast options, in great location for restaurants, shops, beach and this was a great bonus as we didn't have to go far to everything we needed. We had balcony access

Disliked:Plumbing/drainage smell sometimes, but absent sometimes and having windows open in bathroom helped.
