The cheap and hard pillows ruined my stay

Liked:Room was clean an overall very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Disliked:THE PILLOWS! The worst pillows I have slept on ever. Still have a bad neck pain. The other thing, in the evening hotel looks like a ghost place, no lights, darkness everywhere. Third, if you want some water, you have to buy it from the vending machine!!! Really?!

Pleasant for a short stay

Liked:It was very helpful as we arrived in on a late flight. The reception staff were very helpful.

Disliked:The mattress was very firm. It would be helpful if there was a hopper bus from the airport.

Disliked:The bar shut at 11pm and when I asked at reception I was just told no it's shut this is despite flights arriving and the lounge being busy with people using a vending machine Very poor for a hotel in the middle of a season and whilst we were watching the World Cup semi final as were others
