Great location, but noisy and in need of efficient design updates.

Liked:The shuttle service to the airport was punctual, friendly, and began early in the day, which we needed.

Disliked:We did not sleep well due to the noise from others around us; we could hear snoring, talking, doors slamming, and the elevator.

Overall a good stay.

Liked:Location was good for my needs, room was very clean and comfortable. Nicely updated

Disliked:Check in was bad, only 1 person and a line, half the line has issues checking in which made things take longer than expected. Staff got upset and got into an uncomfortable situation with another guest.

For over $600.00 for 4 nights I was very disappointed

Liked:The breakfast was basic ok

Disliked:The front desk was RUDE. My room smelled bad. The air conditioner rattled the bathroom door couldn’t shut all the way. There was mold by the little fridge on the floor Then you lost power one evening , and we had no air or lights until 10:30 am
