Welcoming host and good value in cooler weather, but had the feel of a self-serve B&B rather than private holiday sp

Liked:The location was good, welcoming host, easy access, close to family. Good eating and sitting area.

Disliked:No air conditioning in an exceptionally hot season which made it difficult for getting in good sleeps. From the advertising we thought it would be more private, but were sharing kitchen and dining area. We thought it was going to be a main floor area to ourselves.

Good place to spend a few days.

Liked:The Rooms were nice and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare light meals.

Disliked:It was very hot in the rooms during the heat wave and there was no ventilation in the house. (The rooms had carpets and no AC.)
