Excellent!

Liked:Robin and Meagan are outstanding! Phenomenal customer service! The hotel is in a great location with like 20 or 30 places you can walk to to eat. The hotel is clean, comfortable and fairly new. Great spot to be close to either Atlanta or Athens.

Absolutely flawless stay – 10/10!

Liked:From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit memorable. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. Breakfast was a treat, quick and delicious. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet. Robin, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

Very bad experience at this hotel. 1. The remote didn’t work. 2. The tub stopper didn’t work. 3.The hotel was dirty.

Liked:This was the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed in. Even after 2 complaints within a few hours of checking in/ there was no offer of another room or a discount. When we checked out I also let them know I saw debris on the floor and elevator that had been there our entire stay. No one seems to be vacuuming the halls or elevator. The front entrance was dirty too with candy wrappers and cigarette butts. It looks like a run down, fixer upper hotel. Not what I expect from a Hilton property. VERY disappointing.
