When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $150 per pet, per stay applies. Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of $500 Please note that an additional charge of $200 will apply for late check-out after 11:00 AM Any damage to or loss of property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. This will be assessed and agreed upon during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking or check-out. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 08:00:00. A damage deposit of $1500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
