Hotel while gambling at a Caesars Property!

Liked:I have stayed here a few times. The hotel rooms are top notch, and having the casino on property is a plus. Great place to stay!

Safe, clean and secure hotel with great food and access to Scioto Downs.

Liked:This hotel is super! The on-site security is a great asset and one of the main reasons we transferred to this hotel in the first place. I also appreciate the access to dining and many food options on site. The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean. Breakfast is very good and typically served a smidge before time, which is very helpful when we leave early in the morning. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and always well kept. I appreciate that the shower is separate from the vanity and the vanity has a door that closes from the rest of the room. Tim was a great help when I needed assistance extending a stay and getting amenities early in the morning. I appreciate that Tim went out of his way to make our stay easier; he was extra helpful!

Poor customer service

Liked:We were unable to check in for over 6 hours due to a system outage. When I asked if the bill would reflect this, I was told that it was a national problem and they couldn’t do anything about it. Poor customer service! At least 1/4 should have been removed from the fee.
