Over all it was a great stay we could tell it was freshly renovated and some spots weren’t done yet.

Liked:Beds were comfortable and it was easy to locate our room. The staff was great and loved I could go get coffee down at the lobby at anytime.

Disliked:The pool wasn’t open. Our bathroom door was broke as well as a lamp shade. The bathroom was a little dirty.

Good location, nice clean room, staff not very customer friendly.

Liked:The hotel is spacious, good location just off highway with plenty of restaurants in the area. Room was clean and tidy. Nice coffee machine in the lobby

Disliked:Two noisy families stayed in garden area drinking and playing music until 1am. Phone in room was not working so I visited the reception on two occasions and asked for security firstly ask them to be quiet then asked for them to be removed and sent to their rooms or to congregate in the lobby, the response was not adequate and was told she wouldn't ask them to leave. I complained to the manager the next morning, who was not happy with the member of staff, as the garden area is closed at 9pm, exactly for this reason, as the garden rooms overlook the pool and garden.
