Two-Star Review: Room Needs Major Updates and Better Maintenance

Liked:Only 13 mins drive to forth Jackson

Disliked:The room was very outdated, and the furniture looked old and worn. The biggest issue was the bathroom, which needed to be fixed. There was black duct tape on the shower hanger, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The white bed sheets also had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable. I ended up going to Marshalls to buy my own bed sheets just so I could sleep. The location was convenient, but the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and updates the rooms.

A day or two ok don’t recommend for longer stays.

Liked:The close proximity to Ft Jackson base

Disliked:Everything was going well till my 6 year old grandson pointed out a carpet beetle on our bed disgusting I slept in the chair and put him on the little mat below the windowsill. Not enough towels either for 4 people only 2 bath , 2 hand & 2 face .. and dingy old . The breakfast was ok.
